This camp will be suited for high level travel players looking for a well-rounded and challenging camp. This camp will provide more advanced drills such as combination passing patterns, Coerver skills and position specific games. Speed & Agility training will also be implemented into the daily curriculum emphasizing proper running form, soccer specific fitness and coordination drills.
Camp Structure:
5:00pm - 5:30pm - Skills and Agility Warm up
5:30pm - 7:00pm - Functional Training (Break up into Defenders, Midfielders, GKs & Strikers) Work on specific skills and games for the players position.
7:00pm - 8:00pm - Games.
