Paulo has been coaching soccer since 1997 at the youth, high school, college and adult levels and he led Manor College Women’s team to a state championshp in 2004. Paul has coached several adult men’s teams in the United Soccer League as well as the Hispanic League of Philadelphia.

Paul led his PSC Coppa Pele U-16 Boys team to the 2008 US Club Regional Champions, advancing to Nationals and finishing third in the nation. The following year in 2009 PSC Coppa Pele U-17 Boys also won 2009 US Club Regional.

Paul is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and has earned coaching licenses in the USA and Brazil.
